02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the Writ Petition be confined to Petitioner No.1 only and liberty be given to file separate Writ Petitions in respect of other petitioners. Such prayer is allowed.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

4 . Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:-

“It is, therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to admit this Writ Petition, issue notice to the 0pp. Parties and after hearing the Parties allow the Writ Petition and further be pleased to direct the 0pp. Parties to

regularize the Petitioners as per the Award of the National Industrial Tribunal and the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court as under Annexure - 4 Series and pass such other order / s as may be deemed fit and proper.”

5. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner No.1 to make a detailed representation before Opp. Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

6. It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.1 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the petitioner No.1 within the aforesaid time period.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
