The Petitioner has filed the writ petition with the following

prayer:-

“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application, call for the records, issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp.Parties to show cause as to why the alleged possessed land shall be not settled in favour of the petitioner;

And any further command the Opp.Parties to settle the land in favour of the petitioner as against his respective area under alleged possession in accordance with the provisions of O.G.L.S. Act and Rules ;

And/or pass such other order/orders, direction/ directions, writ/ writs and any other relief/reliefs as may deem just and proper ;

And for which act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.”

for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy under the

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the observation that if an application in proper format is filed by the Petitioner to lease out the property in question, the same may be considered in accordance with law.
