Petitioner in this writ application prays for the following relief:- “The petitioner therefore prays Your Lordships may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application and issue Rule NISI to the Opp. Parties as to why they shall not be directed to consider the case of the petitioner, for providing him an employment assistance under compassionate ground within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;

And on their failing to file show cause or showing insufficient causes, issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s) directing the Opp. Parties to consider the case of the petitioner for providing him an employment assistance under compassionate ground within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;

In course of argument Mr. Bikash Chandra Parija, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there are some fundamental defects in the Writ Petition and relevant facts giving rise to filing of this Writ Petition, have not been stated properly. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of this Writ Petition to file a fresh one with better particulars.

Mr. Sibanarayan Biswal, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State does not have any objection to the same.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with better particulars within a period of 45 (forty-five) days from today.
