3. I.A. No.228 of 2018 has been filed for change of nomenclature from TRP(C) to TRP(Crl.). Though the Transfer Petition has been filed with a prayer to transfer Cr.P. No.59 of 2018, pending in the Court of Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara to the Court of Judge Family Court Jajpur, but it was never moved till date after filing application for change of nomenclature.
4. Earlier also, when the matter was listed on 07.12.2024, Counsel for the Petitioner was found absent.
5. Hence, the I.A. as well as the Transfer Petition stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
