“In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is humbly prayed that the Hon’ble High Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application and issue RULE NISI calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why the paddy of the petitioners as per quantity mentioned in the token as per Govt. rate without any deduction should not be lifted by the Opposite Party No.8i before the expirty of the petition i.e. 31.03.2023.
And if the Opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, the said Rule Nisi may be made absolute and upon hearing the parties through their

counsel, this Hon’ble Court be further pleased to direct the opposite parties specially Opposite Party no 6,7 and 8 to procure the paddy of the petitioners as per quantity mentioned in the token before the expiry of the petition i.e. 31.03.23 as per Govt. rate without any deduction.
And be further pleased to pass such other order/orders, direction/directions and/or writ/writs as it deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
