2. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the
following prayer:
“to quash the impugned order dtd.2.2.2016
under Annexure-14.
To direct the respondents to appoint the
applicants in the post of Gardener as has been done
in the case of similarly placed trained candidates in
pursuance of direction of the Hon’ble High Court
relied upon in the earlier O.A or in the equivalent
post by relaxing the upper age limit by granting all
consequential benefits within a stipulated period of
time.
4. Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 in that regard within a period of one week from today.
5. It is observed that if any such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the

same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of such representation.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
