Due to the pandemic situation for COVID-19, this matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode.
Heard.
Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that, the victim girl voluntarily appeared before Madhupatana Police Station, Cuttack on 06.08.2020 and her statement has been recorded by the Police. It is further submitted by Mr. Nanda that the victim girl produced her Certificate evidencing her marriage with the alleged accused.
None however appears for the petitioner, when the matter is called.
In view of such submission made by Mr. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate, nothing remains to be decided in the Habeas Corpus petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
Authenticated copy of this Order downloaded from the website of this Court in the manner prescribed in this Court’s Notice No.4587,
