Heard.
It is submitted by Mr. M.S. Sahu, learned Additional Government Advocate that, the victim girl has been recovered in the meantime and her statement has already been recorded by the Police.
In view of such fact, nothing remains to be decided in this Habeas Corpus petition and accordingly, the WPCRL is disposed of.
