Due to the pandemic situation for COVID19, this matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode.
Heard.
The daughter of the petitioner was missing, as alleged in the WPCRL. For her recovery, the present WPCRL has been filed for issuance of a writ of Habeas Carpus.
Learned Addl. Government Advocate Mr. A.K. Nanda submits that, the girl has been recovered in the meantime on 16.01.2021 and she has been handed over in the custody of her parents.
In view of such fact, there is nothing to be decided in the present case, when the girl, who has already been recovered and handed over to her parents.
With the aforesaid observation, the WPCRL is disposed of.
As the pandemic situation for COVID-19 is continuing, learned counsel for the petitioner may utilize the true soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
