Heard.
On the basis of prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant, this MATA is dismissed as withdrawn to enable the appellant to approach the appropriate forum.
Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to learned counsel for the appellant on substitution of the same by two Xerox copies.
If there be any delay in filing of the appeal before the appropriate forum the delay be condoned taking liberal view of the matter as the appeal was filed misconceivedly before this Court.
As restrictions are continuing due to COVID-19 pandemic, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s official website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
