Heard Mr. T. Barik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
Perused the report submitted.
It appears that the victim girl has already been rescued; her statement has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and as she is not interested to join her parents, she has been left the safe custody of Swadhar Home, Dhakota, District- Keonjhar.
In that view of the matter, this WPCRL has become infructuous.
The WPCRL is disposed of as infructuous.
As restrictions are continuing due to COVID-19 pandemic, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s official website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
