Heard Mr. S.K. Dalai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M.S. Sahoo, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
Mr. M.S. Sahoo, learned Additional Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the victim girl has been rescued on 03.12.2020. Instructions received from the Inspector-In-Charge, Krushnaprasad Police Station be kept on record.
In that view of the matter, this WPCRL has become infructuous.
The WPCRL is disposed of as infructuous.
