Heard Mr. P.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. S. Pattnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State submit that the victim girl has been rescued on 25.12.2020 and after all formalities, she has been handed over to her parents.
In that view of the matter, this WPCRL has become infructuous.
The WPCRL is disposed of as infructuous.
As restrictions are continuing due to COVID-19 pandemic, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s official website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
