It is apparent from the instructions received that the victim girl is a major and she has been rescued. Her statement has been recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. as well as under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. She has stated on her own volition that she eloped with the accused- Tiki Nayak @ Hemanta Behera and in the meantime, they have solemnized their marriage on 10.11.2020 in Shiva Temple at Patnapur, Delanga, District- Puri. Copy of her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has also been annexed to the information given by the S.I. of Police, Capital Police Station, Bhubaneswar U.P.D.
In that view of the matter, this WPCRL has become infructuous.
The WPCRL is disposed of as infructuous.
