Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to accept the tax for Rs.52,500/- for the vehicle MAT46645813G22174 & Engine No. ISB5.9B4S180K181G63711581 (Tipper) and also allow transfer of ownership permit and fitness certificate and not insisting penalty is concerned as per the decision of this Court.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation before the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-1 series and direction be given to the said opposite party to consider and dispose of the same.

In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-1 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified/authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner.

As COVID-19 pandemic situation is continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s official website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
