response to the same, the Addl. Secretary to Govt., Panchayati Raj Department issued a letter to the Joint Secretary to Government, Water Resources Department on 21.08.2019 under Annexure-10 to place the service of the petitioner as Jr. Engineer (Civil) W.R. Cadre, at the disposal of PR & DW Department for utilization of his services on deputation basis. It is contended that direction may be given to the authorities to absorb the petitioner in Panchayati Raj Department by transferring his service from Water Resources Department, and in case of any difficulty, the service of the petitioner may be placed at the disposal of PR & DW Department on deputation basis, so that the petitioner can get the benefits.
