Order No. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 12 2. Heard Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has superannuated from service on 31.08.2015, but he has not been granted his retiral benefits. Therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority. To that effect he has filed a memo in Court today. The same be kept on record. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioner approaches the authority by filing an appropriate application, the authority shall do well and pass appropriate order within a period of four months from the date of filing of application along with this order, if the petitioner cooperates with the formalities.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
