The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.1 to register the application, which has been filed by him under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act in prescribed Form-E and registered as Diary No.17556/2020 dated 02.11.2020, as Second Appeal and to dispose of the same within a stipulated period.
If the above application has already been received on 02.11.2020, this writ petition is disposed of directing opposite party no.1 to registere the same as Second Appeal and do the needful as expeditiously as possible.
With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
