Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.P. Mohapatra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State opposite parties.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum ventilating its grievance, if any cause of action survives.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdraw granting liberty as aforesaid.
Interim order dated 09.10.1999 passed in Misc. Case No.13030 of 1999 stands vacated.
