The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of suspension passed under Section 115(1) of the Orissa Grama Panchayat Act, 1964 in Annexure-1. In the meantime 5 years have passed and the tenure of the Sarapanch has already over. Therefore, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
