Order No. 02. 1. Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits, prayer in the writ petition is for the Bank to consider his client’s grievance. The grievance is annexure-5 being letter dated 5th January, 2021, addressed to Deputy General Manager, IDBI Bank Ltd., Bhubaneswar.
2. Mr. Udgata, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Bank and submits, on direction made the representation will be considered and dealt with.
3. The Bank will consider and deal with the representation and inform outcome thereof to petitioner
