Order No. 03. 1. Ms. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, she has instruction from her client to not press the petition.
2. Ms. Tripathy, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Bank and submits, the writ petition should be dismissed on merits. She submits, allegation of petitioner is that two accounts were forzen. The accounts were put on hold and upon recovery, operation therein has resumed.
3. Petitioner has prayed for direction upon the Bank to permit operation of both the accounts. It appears that both the accounts are now being operated by petitioner. On that note this writ petition is disposed of.
