W.P.(C) No. 156 of 2021
The matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Heard Mr. B. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Since the petitioner claims relief against the private financier, namely, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., this Court is not inclined to entertain this application as the writ petition is not maintainable in view of the judgments of the apex Court. However, in course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue their remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
In view of such position, this writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
