This application has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 12.04.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.4137 of 2018. But, as it appears, the present application has been filed on 20.01.2020, after more than nineteen months, which is beyond the period of limitation as prescribed under the Contempt of Court’s Act. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application.
Accordingly, the contempt petition stands dismissed as the same is barred by limitation.
