Heard Mr. A.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Sarathi Jyoti Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to club up and take effective steps for early disposal of both the proceedings bearing C.P. No. 609 of 2017 filed by opposite party-wife and C.P. No. 517 of 2018 filed by the petitioner.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the record, this Court finds that both the matters arise out of the same matrimonial dispute, therefore, let the petitioner file an appropriate application before the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to club up and for early hearing of both the matters, so that the Court can consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
