Heard Mr. A. Pal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants, Mr. L. Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate (‘AGA’ in short) for the State-respondent and Mr. S. R. Patnaik, learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3.

In the order dated 09.07.2021, there are typographical errors in 6^th line of paragraph-5 and the last line of paragraph-6 wherein the ‘Appeal Case No.20 of 1985’ has been typed in place of ‘Consolidation Revision Case No.148 of 1993’.

After having seen the records, we are satisfied that there exist typographical errors.

Accordingly, let ‘Consolidation Revision Case No.148 of 1993’ be read in 6^th line of paragraph-5 and the last line of paragraph-6 of the order dated 09.07.2021 in place of ‘Appeal Case No.20 of 1985’.

The order dated 09.07.2021 shall be read accordingly with the present order.

Further, we clarify that the effect of the said order dated 09.07.2021 is, setting aside of the order passed in Consolidation Revision Case No.148 of 1993.

Learned AGA has submitted that in view of subsequent bifurcation of the district of Balasore, the Consolidation Revision Case No.148 of 1993 is to be transferred to the Court of Additional Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Bhadrak. He further states that steps have already been taken and the records shall be transferred to Bhadrak Court soon, latest within two weeks from today.

In the background of submission made on behalf of the State, the application. stands disposed of.

Let a certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
