Perused the report received from the Inspector-In-
Charge, Gurindia Police Station, Rourkela, in the district of Sundargarh and the documents i.e. the certificate issued by the Sarpanch of Pankadihi Gram Panchayat, in the district of Sundargarh annexed to the same.
Since the sole Appellant-Dibu Lugun, resident of village Pankadihi, P.S.- Gurundia, District- Sundargarh has died on 25.06.2020 and none of the near relatives of the Appellant have come forward to continue the appeal, the appeal abates.
The JCRLA is disposed of accordingly.
Trial Court Records be returned back immediately.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
