This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing because of COVID-19 pandemic.
Heard Mr. U.K. Barik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. G.N. Rout, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
Mr. U.K. Barik, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the victim girl has been rescued in the meantime, he wants to withdraw this WPCRL.
We have also received the instructions to that effect from the Inspector-In-Charge, Sector-19 Police Station, Rourkela. The said written instructions be kept on record.
In that view of the matter, this WPCRL is allowed to be withdrawn.
Accordingly, this WPCRL is disposed of as withdrawn. As restrictions are continuing due to COVID-19 pandemic, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s official website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
