State.
Perused the report submitted by the Senior Superintendent, Circle Jail, Cuttack at Choudwar (Welfare Services-Male Section) having bearing no.56 dated 11.01.2020. It is apparent from the record that the sole appellant has expired on 18.11.2008. None of his near relation is coming forward to continue the appeal.
Hence, this appeal abates.
T.C.R. be retuned back to the trial court forthwith.
