Perused the report submitted by the I.I.C., Kishorenagar Police Station, Angul. He has reported that the sole appellant Aru @ Aruna Munda, S/o-Sankar @ Nabina Munda of village Khoudhara, P.S. Kishorenagar, Dist.-Angul has expired on 30.03.2020 due to kidney disease. None of his near relation is coming forward to continue the appeal.
Hence, this appeal abates.
L.C.R. be retuned back to the trial court forthwith.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per
rules.
