According to Mr. Samal, the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which investigation is going on in connection with Sahadevkhunta P.S. Case No. 26 dated 20.01.2020 registered U/ss.406/408/420/465/467/468/471/506 of the IPC. During course of hearing, he submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to move the Superintendent of Police, Balasore (opposite party no.3) for redressal of its grievances.

Considering such submissions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of this case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Balasore (opposite party no.3) by filing a grievance petition within two weeks through Registered Post. In the event, such a motion is made along with a copy of this order, he is directed to proceed with the same in tune with Sub-Section 3 of Section 154 of the Cr.P.C. keeping in mind the mandate of the statute that every investigation is required to be completed without unnecessary delay.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
