This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for bail and alleged offence is under Sections 498-A/323/294/506/34 of I.P.C..

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application by permitting him to surrender before the learned court below.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of as withdrawn.

However, as prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner he is permitted to surrender before the learned SDJM(S), Cuttack and in such event, if he surrenders himself in G.R. Case No. 1205 of 2020 on or before 19^th May, 2021 and prays for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered by the learned S.D.J.M. (S), Cuttack in accordance with law in the first hour of the same day.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25^th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No. 4798, dated 15^th April, 2021.
