None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. Heard Mr.M.S.Sahoo, learned Addl. Government Advocate.
Perused the compliance report submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge, Tirtol P.S. (opp. party No.4). In the said report, it has been stated that the victim has already been rescued on 30.11.2020. Her statement has been recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. in which the victim stated that she has married one Jagannath Mallick after becoming a major. Her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was also recorded by the time her production before the learned Magistrate. In the affidavit it has been further stated that the victim girl has opted to stay with Jagannath Mallick and hence she was allowed to go with him.

In that view of the matter, there remains nothing
to be decided in this writ application.
Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of as infructuous.
