None appears for the appellant when the matter is called. Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo supported by an affidavit which is at flag “C’ stating therein that the appellant does not want to proceed with the appeal and wants to withdraw the same.
In view of above, the case stands dismissed as withdrawn. Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that the Respondent-wife has filed an execution proceeding but the executing Court is very slow in proceeding with the case.
We hope and trust that the executing Court shall take appropriate measures for realization of the alimony granted in favour of the respondent as early as possible.
