This matter is taken up through Video conferencing because of COVID-19 pandemic.
Heard Mr. M. Pati, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. S. Patnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
Mr. M. Pati, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in the matter.
On the last occasion, learned Additional Government Advocate brought to our notice that the missing person has been located and she has no problem, and she is residing at her native place i.e. at Umerkote. The same facts have been reiterated today by Smt. S. Patnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate.
Hence, there remains nothing to be adjudicated in this case.
So, this WPCRL is disposed of as infructuous.
As restrictions are continuing due to COVID-19 pandemic, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s official website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
