- 15.12.2020 The matter is taken up through Video Conferencing. Heard Miss. Bini Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and A.K. Nanda, learned Addl. Government Advocate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl has been rescued and, in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, the opposite party no.4-Inspector In-charge, Jagatpur Police Station, Jagatpur has already registered the FIR and arrested the accused. So, she submits that there is nothing further to be decided in this case.
Hence, the WPCRL is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid submissions.
As restrictions are continuing for COVID-19, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
