Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Considering the averments made in this I.A. and as there is an inadvertent typographical mistake in mentioning of the decision in the order dated 12.11.2020, the same stands corrected and be read as “Dr. Siddhartha Kumar Sahu (OJC No.5855 of 1998) disposed of on 9.05.2007 confirmed by the Hon’ble apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) CC No.19486 of 2010 disposed of on 18.02.2011” instead of “Sidhartha Das, Lecturer” typed in the 3rd & 4th line of the 4th paragraph. The other part of the order dated 12.11.2020 remains unaltered.
I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
As restrictions are continuing due to COVID-19, learned counsel may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
