Looking to the prayer made in this Writ Petition and as a decision in the matter is required to be taken by the opposite party no.2, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.2 to consider the request of the petitioner involved in this Writ Petition by treating the same as a representation at the instance of the petitioner and take a lawful decision in the matter.
The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition by the petitioner.
