Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition involves the following prayer :
“ It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a Rule Nisi in the nature of writ of Mandamus and/or any other writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why they shall not be commanded to consider, settle and dispose of the petitioner’s grievance within a particular time;
And If the opposite parties fail to show cause and/or show insufficient or false cause make the said Rule Nisi absolute;
And pass such other further order and/or orders as appear just ;
And allow this writ application with costs; And for which act of kindness, the petitioner, as in duty bound, shall ever pray.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a fair statement that he has no instruction from the petitioner for such long time. Writ petition may be disposed of for no instruction but however keeping open to the petitioner to reagitate the issue before this Court if cause of action still survives.
The writ petition thus dismissed for no instruction but however clarifying that in the event the petitioner’s grievance involving the writ petition has not been worked out and pending consideration, decision as appropriate be taken within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
The writ petition thus stands disposed of.
Petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
