This matter is taken up through Video conferencing. Nobody is appearing for the petitioner. None also appeared when the matter was listed on 21.2.2002 as well as on 19.4.2002. On 2.7.202 the matter was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Order-sheet shows that the matter has not been admitted as of now. Today on call of the matter, nobody is appearing for the petitioner. For the matter not being admitted for such long time and no more to be entertained, the writ petition stands dismissed.
