Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds, the representation of the petitioner involving the matter vide Annexure-3 is pending consideration, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Anexure-3 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the grounds stated in the writ petition as well as the documents taken support in the writ petition within a period of one month from the date of lifting of the lockdown. It is the responsibility of the petitioner to serve copy of the writ petition and the copy of this order before the opposite party no.4 within a period of 10 days, as undertaken.
