3 5.05.2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds, the representation of the petitioners involving the matter vide Annexure-7 is pending consideration, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Works, Unit-9- opposite party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Anexure-7s and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the grounds stated in the writ petition as well as the judgment referred to in Annexure-6 within a period of one month from the date of lifting of the lockdown. It is the responsibility of the petitioners to serve copy of the writ petition, copy of the judgment referred to vide Annexure-6 and the copy of this order before the opposite party no.2 within a period of 10 days as undertaken.
