There is already initiation of 6-A proceeding, vide E.C. Case No.3/2020, pending before the Collector, Subarnapur involving the alleged seizure involved herein.
In such view of the matter, the writ petition is not entertainable. The same is accordingly dismissed. Petitioner may have the opportunity to approach the authority indicating 6A proceeding for appropriate relief.
