Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the O.P.no.2 to consider the representation at the instance of petitioners vide Annexure-15 series and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this Writ Petition also taking into account the development through Annexures-3, 5 and 14. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the petitioners.
Petitioners may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
