Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is alleged that the order of the Tribunal at
Annexure-2 has not been complied with.
Considering the limited request involved and as the matter involves working out of Annexure-1, this Court disposes of the writ petition with direction to O.P.authorities to work out the order of the Tribunal at Annexure-1 forthwith provided there is no legal impediment inasmuch as stay of the said order by the higher forum as on date within one month from the date of communication of this order. Failure of compliance of this Court’s order will amount to initiation of suo motu contempt.
Petitioner may utilise the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
