Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the O.P.no.1 to consider the representation at the instance of petitioner vide Annexure-6 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this Writ Petition as well as taking into account through Annexure-3. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the petitioner.
Petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
