Considering the limited nature of request involved in this matter, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.1 to consider the representation at the instance of the petitioner vide Annexure-12 (series) in accordance with law and take a lawful decision thereon taking into account the grounds stated in this Writ Petition, within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition by the petitioner.
Petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
