Looking to the limited nature of prayer and the submission made, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the O.Ps. to treat this writ petition as a representation at the instance of the petitioners and take decision as appropriate on the same taking into consideration the applicability of the decision in Ritanjali Giri @ Paul v. State of Odisha (School & M.E. Deptt.) & others , 2016 (I) ILR 1162 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners may utilise the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
