During course of submission Mr. S. Das, learned counsel for petitioner makes a statement that during pendency of the Writ Petition, name of the petitioner has been included in the list meant for appointment under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme.
Recording the submission made by Mr. S. Das, learned counsel for petitioner, this Court finds, nothing survives in this Writ Petition to be adjudicated upon by this Court at this point of time, which is hereby dropped.
Petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
