Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Following the direction of this Court in W.P.(C) No.17625/2019, it appears, the petitioner has already approached the competent authority, vide Annexure-5, which is claimed to be pending as of now. In such view of the matter and as a decision is required to be taken by O.P.1, this matter stands disposed of directing O.P.1 to take decision on Annexure-5, if the same is still pending, taking into consideration the grounds taken in the writ petition within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner.
The petitioner may utilise the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
